Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Unopened Products: Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, incorrect, or the result of an error on our part.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
